Description
Included trailer dolly conforms to SIBTaT trailer standard, main lowboy trailer is compatible with some SIBTaT tractors/trucks and uses CLI RigidMount. Trailer features SIBTaT controls only for parking and variable brakes.

Trailer cargo slots are ISO standard/MCS 8U, ISO or double ISO mount plates are recommended for transport of vehicles.

Includes two 6.25 meter "Oversize Load" bumpers attachable using Utility Connector mounting points.
It is recommended to extend or reduce these bumpers to match the width of your intended cargo.

Operation:
1. Attach Superheavy Transport Trailer to tractor of choice using SIBTaT specification fifth wheel.
2. Use flip switch above trailer dolly to lock dolly joint.
3a. Activate trailer electrical systems using breaker located on lowboy trailer gooseneck.
3b. Attach electric cable to power source if required. Be aware heavy loads may require upwards of 100 SW/s.

4. Ensure drag bar is fully extended and connectors are armed using side control panel.
5. Ensure all deck electric connectors are disabled using keys located left of side panel.
6. Back trailer towards cargo or container until electric connectors are attached.

7. Use side panel to retract drag bar until cargo connects to sliding connector grippers.
8. Attach rope between cargo and automatic winch located at front of cargo platform.
9. Continue to retract drag bar until drag bar disconnects and drops beneath cargo.
10. Re-enable deck electric connectors to secure cargo.

11. Repeat Steps 4 through 10 if necessary for additional cargo.

12. Deactivate trailer electrical systems using breaker.
13. Unlock dolly joint using flip switch above trailer dolly.
14. Pull trailer to cargo destination.

15. Disable deck connectors to unload cargo. Gravity or manual force should be sufficient, but a second vehicle may be required to pull cargo fully off of trailer.
