Syla's Item Reworks

Description
Reworks and buffs several items throughout the game. Each rework is toggleable individually (except for phaseblades and phasesabers, which are grouped as those two groups). Specific changes can be found below.

<Melee>
Beam Sword
- Fires a thin, Last Prism style beam each swing
- Beam has 55% damage falloff for each enemy hit

Frostbrand
- Damage decreased from 70 to 52
- Use time decreased from 30 to 23 to match use animation
- Shoot speed increased from 14 to 18
- Now shoots every swing
- Projectile has weak homing until it hits once, after which there is no homing
- Projectile has 30% damage falloff

Thrown Flails
- Can be launched on right click

Golem Fist
- Projectile's extra updates increased from 1 to 2 (projectile now moves 3 times per frame rather than 2)
- Projectile now inflicts 30 local immunity frames (functions like 10 immunity frames due to extra updates)
- Projectile now inflicts Hellfire for 7 seconds
- Projectile now causes an explosion on its first hit with a player in pvp, npc, or tile
- Explosion inflicts Hellfire for 7 seconds
- Explosion deals 75% of the base damage of the projectile

Phaseblades
- Added energy swings

Phasesabers
- Added energy swings

Seedler
- Added an energy swing
- Now shoots every swing
- Projectile now deals 70% of the sword's base damage

Influx Waver
- Added an energy swing
- Now shoots every swing
- Projectile now deals 82% of the sword's base damage

Meowmere
- Added an energy swing

Star Wrath
- Added an energy swing

<Ranged>

<Mage>
Rainbow Gun
- The projectiles now last 5 minutes

Clinger Staff
- Right click for the original attack
- Left click fires 3 cursed flames in quick succession, similar to the flamethrower
- Primary attack deals 105% of the weapon's base damage

Magic Missiles
- Right click can be held to repeatedly cast magic missiles that don't follow your mouse, rather than having to repeatedly click

Nimbus Rod
- Right click for the original attack
- Left click to shoot a lightning bolt that deals 150% of the weapon's base damage
- If one of your nimbus clouds is within range (radius of 50 tiles), it will also shoot a lightning bolt dealing 112.5% of the weapon's base damage
- Lightning shot by clouds will first target your player before firing in the same direction as your mouse cursor
- Lightning can hit 5 times, unless it's still targeting the player, in which case it has infinite piercing until it reaches the player
- Lightning inflicts the Electrified debuff for 3 seconds
- Lightning has a 10% damage falloff (calculated before it splits)
- Lightning has a 40% chance to split upon hitting an npc or player in pvp, spawning an additional, far smaller lightning bolt, dealing 50% of the projectile's base damage
- The primary bolt and primary branch can both split into any number of new branches, but the secondary branch cannot

Crimson Rod
- Right click for the original attack
- Left click to spray 2 arcs of 3-5 blood rain drops
- Primary attack deals 75% of the weapon's base damage

<Summoner>
Rainbow Crystal Staff
- Is now a minion weapon, using 1 minion slot
- Base damage decreased from 130 to 55
- The Rainbow Crystal now follows the player and flies towards enemies
- The Rainbow Crystal Explosion projectile now deals local immunity frames, and hits once per enemy
- The Rainbow Crystal Explosion projectile deals 73.422% less damage than the minion's base damage
- The Rainbow Crystal Explosion projectile now homes in on enemies

Stardust Cell Staff
- Is now a sentry weapon
- Base damage increased from 60 to 120
- Now summons the Stardust Cell Splitter
- The Stardust Cell Splitter fires Stardust Cell Shots (the projectile Stardust Cell's usually shoot) at enemies once every 45 frames (0.75 seconds)

Staff of the Frost Hydra
- Ice bolt projectiles now use local immunity frames
- Ice bolt projectiles now inflict 40 local immunity frames (functions like 10 immunity frames due to extra updates)
- Ice bolt projectiles now do 86% less damage per hit
- Ice bolt projectiles now inflict Slow for 7 seconds
- Ice bolt projectiles now home in on enemies, with the strength decreasing as more enemies are hit
- Frost Hydra now fires Ice Bolts in sets of 3

- Fixed a bug with the Nimbus Rod where lightning from Nimbus Clouds would incorrectly rotate if it reached the player while moving diagonally (in the short zigzazing sections of the lightning path. Before, the projectile was rotated properly but attempted to rotate itself "back to normal" from the zigzag, causing the bug)
- Improved the code for adding tooltips to flails and magic missiles. It should now be more compatible with other mods
- Now includes source code when extracting the mod

Perhaps rework the frost hydra to shooting a flamethrower projectile?

i think the 86% less damage for the hydra staff is abit too much, i'd really prefer maybe 70%?
since even of, Hardmode enemies having armor and this biome key weapon should be "Powerful" because of this key being 1/2500 even, so and my testing it is rather weak with 3 hydras doing 460 Dps. so, maybe a buff?
