Premade textures can be overridden, for instance there are multiple mods that override earth's cloud layer and I once saw one that terraformed mars entirely.

wait and one more thing, not even adding extra addons that replace the textures on those planets wouldnt work either?

Unfortunately not; Solar System bodies use premade custom textures

i like how it shows 3d clouds when you zoom in (if that is part of the addon i forgot) but is it possible to make it work with the gas and ice giants in our solar system? (jupiter, saturn, uranus, neptune)
