Metrostroi: SPb Skins Addon

This addon adds 5 skins for Ema-502 train, 1 skin for E and (at least I made an attempt :D) changes the default SPb 81-717 and 81-722 "Do Not Lean" signs to proper ones.

Train skins added with this addon:
- All-Union ("Vsesoyuz" in spawner) Paint (paint with X-shaped door paint) for Ema-502 and E
- All-Union Paint NVL (TCh-5)
- №3782 Wagon Paint
- NVL Paint
- KVL Paint with the old TCh-1 text
First 3 skins have the old "Do Not Lean" sign from the 2000's

Although the texture for the SPb Nomernoy's and Yubileyniy's "Do Not Lean" signs are changed, their position and sizes aren't.

If you are up to criticizing the addon, don't hesitate to do it adequately
