Relic Wars Continued

Description
In a long string of successive Relic Wars, it is finally continued.

Each relic has its own casus belli.
- It's simply far more stable and does not create issues with all non-player relics that is also in the game.

These relics do NOT have a casus belli.
- Maw of the Toxic God (Origin)
- The Key
- Crystal of Odryskia

The Key and Crystal of Odryskia will come, Maw of the Toxic God will not (it is an origin specific relic).

Can we go to war over multiple relics at once? Like having a claim window for them to choose enemy relics and have to pay additional influence to get more into one war goal instead of having to wage war seperatly for every single one of maybe multiple relics an enemy may have.

hey, thanks for making this mod, i was really sad to see all other relic war mods are outdated.
