Vector Dynamics | CIVL-870 "Okami" Firefighting Utility Pod

Description
"Firefighting capabilities, everywhere, anywhere."

Civilian products made by Vector Dynamics? IT's more likely than you think!

Named after the legendary Japanese dragon responsible for rain and snow, the CVIL-870 "Okami" is a compact firefighting utility pod that leverages EHCS Hardpoint communications system to enhance its modularity and reliability. With the Okami, anything that can hover and uses E.H.C.S. can become a firefighting vehicle!

Technical Specifications

  • Systems Type: Civilian/Search and Rescue, Water Cannon
  • Operation Method: Mouselook/HMD
  • Internal Storage Capacity: 870L
  • Mass: 155 Units
  • Cost: $2426
  • Dimensions(L, W, H): 24*3*3

Instructions

  1. Connect the Okami to the hardpoint of an E.H.C.S compatible vehicle. If you have multiple Okami pods, name them differently as "Okami-R" and "Okami-L" etc so EHCS won't activate all of them at once.
  2. Fly to the location of the fire you want to put out, "arm" the Okami by selecting it with the E.H.C.S monitor.
  3. Look at the fire and press the "trigger", adjust Okami's "fire" angle as you see fit.
  4. The fire is now gone, congratulations!
Note: The Okami can be refilled via the hose anchor on the rear, however, it cannot be refilled during flight unless you connect the hose anchor to another system that pumps water into the Okami. We recommend simply dropping it once you are done with fighting fires.
