Roton Rotary Rocket

Nope, your eyes are not deceiving you. This really is a traffic cone shaped single stage to orbit rocket with a massive coaxial helicopter on top. And it was real to! In 1996 the Rotary Rocket Company was founded to create this vehicle, known as Roton! Unfortunately in 2001 the company closed for good, but not before Scale Composites actually built and flew a full scale prototype! It currently lives near its original hangar at the Mojave Air and Space Port in California.
In real life Roton uses tip jets for its rotor, but this one uses coaxial rotors since tip jets aren't currently in the game.

1) Climb into the crew compartment (button is on hatch)
2) throttle up to 50%
3) activate engine pressurisation pumps by pressing the key to your right
4) flip on the "rocket mode" switch to take flight!!
5) only when coming home, press the "helicopter mode" key to activate the rotor. It controls like a normal helicopter.
