Akex here again

Ever felt like there was something missing in your L4D1 texture collection, but you couldn't figure out what was it?

Here it is I guess

This replaces some textures (3 in total):

- The addons campaign image
- When a friend is not playing any maps
- The default loading poster

Very specific things isn't it?

Hey, when selecting custom campaigns the buttons still show up. Could you make one final addon to remove those? That would be a cherry on top of the cake
