Where can I find the jacket?

The jacket can be found inside wardrobes, clothing shops and lockers. If you want you can wear it from the start by using the mod "Fashion Montage - Begin with any outfit". You can find it inside the "Jacket" tab in character creation by the name "Rick's Season 2 Jacket"!

Is it possible to open the jacket?

Yes, the jacket can be worn in two different ways, open jacket or closed jacket!

Murder Jacket Era Rick is obviously iconic but all of Rick's season 2-3 styles are my absolute favorites. Great job!
