*UNFINISHED Modeling/Animation Project G13

Description
*SO GUYS I quit doing stuff for gmod from here on out other than updating stuff maybe once in awhile. That is why I released the packs that are half finished if you are wondering.

This is my dab into fixing various models and editing animations, I don't even know how well this works anymore but I guess someone could use the models or something.


OH by the way if anyone reads this, a good chunk of this doesn't work and I might actually get it working I dont know really.
