Everyone is allowed to use and make any modifications to my mod from source and redistribute on any internet platform, and also no need to ask for my permission. (Just don't close-source or monetize it, alright xD?)

Features:
- Increases stat limits
- Adds semi-overpowered destiny to every playable character.

Woah I just revisited the DLC and noticed Mingxue's missing the cheat destiny. Tomorrow I'll rework this mod, as especially now I've got access to all of the DLC json files.
