Description
"Good morning, Agent P. The evil Dr. Doofenshmirtz has gone missing in action, and we need you to find him. His location is unknown, but we found one of his old schemes: the Other Other-Dimension-inator. We suspect he's gone to another dimension to wreak havoc. We need you to get out there, figure out what he's doing, and put a stop to it.

As always, Agent P, it is imperative that your cover identity as a mindless domestic pet remains intact. Now get out there - we're all counting on you!"

Agent P from Phineas and Ferb is the newest recuit in Rivals of Aether! Perry, as he goes by when undercover, is a super-fast rushdown character, full of gadgets and gizmos to give him a web-foot up on the competition. Also check out his stage, The Backyard!





Perry comes equipped with his trusty Grappling Hook and Parachute. He can use these to move around the stage with ease, swinging in and out of action to attack. The O.W.C.A. has also supplied Agent P with a standard-issue spy drone to help track down Doofenshmirtz, along with an SS SN-grade weapon for emergencies.

Tips & Tricks:
  • You can use N-Special (O.W.C.A. Drone) to create a grappling point for F-Special, but you can also use Aerial D-Special on it to make it a bit more... explosive.
  • U-Special (Perry-chute) has no pratfall, and you can use any attack or action out of it (though wall jumping and airdodging will cause it to disappear). It doesn't go very far on its own, so be sure to follow up with D-Special or N-Special to get a bit of extra height!
  • F-Special (Grappling Hook) can grapple onto walls, platforms, enemies, and even your own drone. It's very laggy if you miss, but it's Perry's longest range option, providing him with excellent mobility and opportunities to extend his advantage from anywhere.
  • D-Special (SS SN Protection Unit) places a small remote detonator in the ground, which activates when the opponent stands on it or is hit into it. You can use the move in the air to gain a small vertical boost and hit opponents on the way down, but be careful! Once it's out, you can't place another until it goes away, and if the opponent parries it, it will go on a long cooldown.
  • DStrong pulls out one of Doofenshmirtz's gadgets - but just like all of his other inventions, it has a self destruct button. As he denotates it, Agent P will parry his own attack, giving him invincibility, a hitbox, and even a very small parry window!

I know it's been a while since Perry has been updated but I've really been enjoying the character recently, the only issue I have is that Ustrong and Fstrong are honestly a little underwhelming, I think Ustrong has too much endlag to ever make it reasonable to use most often and I think it would help a lot if he could jump cancel up strong up on hit or something, also I think Fstrong knockback is fine but it seems like the move never properly connects, it kinda just makes Fstrong a bad move in most circumstances because of how low to the ground the attack is. Also this one is pretty specific but I think it would be nice if when side special is parried the grappling hook would immediately pull him towards the opponent and go into his parried state instead of playing the whole animation and then going into his parried state because it takes a lot of time and kinda breaks the flow at times.
