Campaign Camera Tweak

Description
Small Mod that Tweaks the Camera Making it Tilt as you Zoom in to Ground level ( Since there is no way to Tilt the Camera Manually like Battles).

This Also Increases the Camera's FoV up a bit to

the best view is in the vicinity, but alas, it is not convenient at a distance

Love the idea but the tilt is too drastic at higher zoom levels, can't see anything well enough to move armies around.
