utilizes passenger seat actuator desync to read host fps
top white display is client fps
bottom white display is host fps

you can tune time sensor to multiply signal

tested a little in multiplayer and seems to be synced
works as long as no one is in the passenger seat
do not put the fps reader on a moving vehicle, it must be static

do not use the client fps reader's output for anything that isn't an actuator, it's pretty much only for the host reader to work and for display
