Gives AP 5.56 mm rounds from Reaction Forces to ALL default factions that use 5.56 weapons.

So I was doing some ballistic tests with the AP ammo and it turns out one AP round can kill an un-armored man at 100+ meters through a concrete wall... and 6.5 can't do that past 15ish meters.
Your cover is no longer cover.
