Alcoholic Is No Joke

Description
Simple Overhaul: Traits and Occupations (SOTO) is required
Makes Alcoholic trait to cause a slight increase in fatigue gain.
Can be fully countered with Wakeful or partially with Hiker traits.

Safe to add/remove to/from existing saves.
This mod was created in an attmept to balance the trait towards multiplayer where alcohol is not finite or something like MoreBrews! mod is present.
