Glorious skins for our monuments

Description
This mod adds a glorious pinted skin for de vanilla emblem monument and a golden skin for the small vanilla sickle and hammer monument to make our monuments even more glorious.

Товарищ у вас криво сделана раскраска: если повернуть серп и молот правильно, то текст на гербе будет отображаться зеркально. Если перевернуть, то наоборот - серп и молот криво, а текст правильно. Исправьте.
