I added a 2,8 million euro per week salary cap to the Premier League. In addition, the prize money was changed to increase progressively the lower you finish in the table so as to possibly make the lower table clubs more competitive.

The prize money increases by 7 million GBP from 5th place up until 18th where it caps at 99 million GBP.

The tests I've done have shown that the salaries lowered and like in American sports leagues, one season you'll have a club finish 14 the next they're all of a sudden in the top 4.

From my tests I also deduced that no dominant team forms and it's stays very competitive.


Also the money given to relegated teams helps them get back to the premier league, but it doesn't cause relegated team dominance. More often than not, one of the relegated teams fumbles in their promotion push and a standard championship team gets promoted much like in real life.
