A Salary Cap of 2,8 million euro per week is added to Ligue 1 to increase competition in the league and to make European leagues outside of the top 5 more competitive in the continental competitions.

In addition, a prize money pool has been implemented that starts with 4th place with around 17 million euro and progressively increases as you move down the league table ending with 81 million euro. This measure is an attempt to strengthen the lower table teams.

In my tests, PSG soon gets dethroned by a club like Nice or Lyon, though it differs in every save. 10 years into the future odd teams start winning the league.
