Better Slime Gun

[This mod was requested by Alfie0Cates in the tModLoader discord server!]

- Adds sounds for the slime and water gun.
- Adds knockback to the slime and water gun. (Customizable in settings)
- Adds autofire to the water gun. (Can be turned off in settings)
- Adds damage to the slime and water gun. (Can be turned on in settings)
- Buffs the "Slimed" debuff allowing it to slow down enemies. (Can be turned off in settings)

PATCHNOTES:
v1.2 - Added a setting to add damage to the slime and water gun and added a new sound for the water gun.
v1.1 - Added a setting to add autofire to the water gun and fixed a bug where you could give knockback to enemies with full knockback resist. (Also made it a setting)
