Anchorman crash fix?

Description
-disable_monster_pre_loading is causing the crash on anchorman's death, but here is a version of the boss that works alongside that.

drowning heroes don't have that fancy fx now
drowning heroes no longer receive stress per turn
captain will now stress the rank 1 for 30 18 25 on round end if someone is anchored

Thanks for this. It took me a long while to figure out that this was a bug and since then I've been using a different mod that fixes it but makes the fight feel way different. I look forward to trying this. Also, EXCELLENT thumbnail...
