Ore Refining 1.7 patch

This is a 1.7 compatibility patch for the mod Ore refining, I have updated it to work with 1.7 and fixed the issue with goods not being produced, use this instead of the original mod.

If you are the original author of the mod and wish for this to be removed, please let me know.

As an additional side note, if you have any mods which look like they have been abandoned by their developer a couple versions back and would like a compatibility patch to the current version of the game feel free to suggest them in the comments.
