Enhances the game-logic behind headshots.
Zombie heads can now be severed when hit with a machete or fireaxe near the neck region.
Also fixes headshot visuals for national guards and infected player variants.

Open Create Server menu
Press the * button next to difficulty
Check "Take their Heads"
Start
Enjoy (or don't)

Dedicated server:

Add "better_headshots" to sv_mutators list.
