Space Plane

Description
Introduction

Hello friends! I am excited to introduce you to my new space plane. It is inspired by my first space plane but without the problems it had. This space plane is capable of flying you to the moon without requiring infinite fuel or electricity. Additionally, it can be used to travel to the earth's orbit and back, and can also be used as a regular plane.

To Space and Beyond

To reach the moon, follow these instructions: fly the plane 90 degrees up. Once you've reached an altitude of 14,000 meters, Turn off the hyperjet engines and switch on the rocket engines. These engines are the primary tool for moving in space and changing positions. If you're not using the rocket engines, you can use the RSC system for assistance and slowdown in moon, but remember to turn it off when not in use. Once Next Point Y starts decreasing and it will start when it reached 250km, you'll know that you're travailing to the moon. Remember to switch off the rocket engines when the hydrogen gauge shows 80, then the space plane will continue the journey to the moon using it gravity. Then use the rocket engines to slow down before land on the moon (best to turn off vehicle damage).

The plane will be improved

why no energy production?

I tried to do autopilot system in space, but boy it's out of my level. For the RCS indicator, sure I will add it soon!

Any chance you can add a nav system to it so we can do space missions where they have coordinates? Maybe with autopilot?

Could you add some indicator of what RCS mode it is in?

my boy you made the perfect SSTO to go to the moon and back

can u add autopilot and autoland features on this plane as well?
Dragon 9  [author] 11 Apr, 2024 @ 1:30pm
For the RCS system, there are two modes:

Default Mode:

W/S: Vertical movement (Up/Down)
A/D: Horizontal movement (Left/Right)
Arrow Left/Right: Roll (Possibly)

To switch modes, press space.

Secondary Mode:

W/S: Pitch movement
A/D: Roll movement
Arrow Left/Right: Yaw movement

The rocket engines are the primary tools to move in space and change positions, the RSC system is there if the rocket engines are off. Controls from the rocket engines in space are W/S - Pitch, A/D: Nothing or maybe small roll movement, Arrow left and Right: Yaw movement.
