Variable altitude on enemy contact.
EMP protection.

50 meters.
80K materials.
Medium level.

Weaknesses:
No submarine awareness beyond X1 wifi snooper.
So much firepower in a low cost decorative build means you only get about 4 mins PAC at full power.
Small but relatively powerful, and all that that implies...
