Immediate Movement Lock

Description
This simple mod makes it so that an army will be locked into its movement as soon as one day ticks over. It becomes very difficult to click on and off a target province, locking both players and AI into their decisions. It's primarily intended for multiplayer games where there won't be pausing but still useful for singleplayer to avoid chasing the AI around when they're indecisive.

I combine this with Obfuscate and hide army numbers, makes for a very interesting war

This is great for single player, too. It's extremely frustrating when I wanna intercept an enemy army in vanilla — send my army to their target position to early, and they try to escape somewhere else. It's not even like it is conceptually hard to work around this problem: Just wait for them to lock movement before giving your own command. But it's tedious.
So this gets rid of that problem and that tedium.
