At some point Indie Stone pushed an update to increase the amount of calories expended by characters while walking. Which is a good thing for realism. However, in doing so, they broke the balance because they didn't increase the calories given by the food. As a consequence it become very hard to compensate the calories when you don't have access to junk food or fish, many characters are now constantly loosing weight.

This mod voids the change done by Indie Stone, by making the calories consumption while walking as it was before the change. Hopefully this will no longer be necessary with build 42.visibility=public
