Cat model replacement for the cockroach

Have you ever played with your friends, and you felt sad because they were filthy cockroaches when they surround you? No more, because this addon replaces the cockroach with a cat!

Created by Gwinna (model and textures) and Maestro Fénix (animation and model replacement work), includes jigglebones and HUD replacement!

Notes:
-The hitbox has left unchanged, so you will continue being crushed, drowned, killed and dying from fall damage as always.
-Like it happens with the normal cockroach model, the model will face always north when seen by other players. It will rotate from the view of the spectator, however.
-The game doesn't seem to take into consideration the ragdoll model, so it will left idle the model when killed. No errors appears at the console (probably again because is for the cockroach).
-The jiggleboned tail may clip with the screen.
