Shimazaki Hino (REV-EL)

A more balanced version of Shimazaki Hino, a completely original character of mine.

"HE STALKS, on the wait to get his next prey, lurking in the shadows. Stealing souls to change his past, since he has nothing to lose. A biological weapon, a puppet that only knows to shed blood."

>Move list:

-A_Elbow/Knee [OR] Side slash: Shimazaki hits with his elbow forward, press attack again to slash forward, press forward for an alternate follow up, where he dashes forward with his knee, after this, press special or attack for another attack.

-Side A_Scabbard blade: Shimazaki takes a blade hidden in the tip of his scabbard, he'll slash forward from below.

-Up A_Full moon: Shimazaki jumps upwards and a bit forward, slashing in a circular sequence, from above and behind to forward and below.

-Down A_Slide/Toe rip: Shimazaki slides on the floor forward, press attack again to perform a low slash.

-Dash A_Rush arc: Shimazaki slashes from above to below forward, unseathing his sword.

-Forward strong_Forth Drive: Shimazaki charges his blade in his scabbard, slashing with full power forward, release the attack button so he doesn't charge.

-Up strong_Reacher: Shimazaki slashes upwards with his scabbard blade.

-Down strong_Sweeper Drive: Shimazaki charges his blade while crouching, then slashes with full power low. Release the attack button so he stops charging.

-Neutral air_Round steel: Shimazaki spins in the air, slashing around him, good to get people off you.

-Forward air_Tombstone: Shimazaki will slash heavily forward from above, launching forward and a little bit downwards.

-Backward air_Back stab: Shimazaki stabs backwards with his blade, the tip does more damage.

-Up air_Upward arc: Shimazaki slashes with his scabbbard blade upwards.

-Down air_Downwards slash: Shimazaki slashes downwards, if it hits, you'll bounce a little bit upwards.

-Neutral B_Shoulder perch/Heel drop/Turntable: Shimazaki will slash forward and upwards, making it hard to actually grab, since it's quite strong, if he grabs, press special to perform Heel drop, Shimazaki will teleport a little up, and in front of the opponent, and then will kick from above, dropping his heel on them. Press attack for Turntable, Shimazaki will teleport behind the opponent and will slash, launching them away in the opposite direction, can work as a "recover" for you, and punish for the opponent

-Side B_Forward stance/Red Rave/Red flash: Shimazaki enters a stance, press attack for red rave, he'll slash forward continuosly, finishing off with a hard slash. Press special to perform red flash, Shimazaki will move at high speed forward, leaving a trail of the slash and an afterimage, press special again to perform a similar move but in the opposite direction.

-Up B_Phantoming: Shimazaki teleports upwards, quickly change direction to left or right and he'll teleport to that direction, if on air, change direction to down and he'll teleport downards.

-Down B_Red cleaver stance/Red thirst/Red beam: Shimazaki will enter a stance, press special for red thirst, he'll slash with blood and his blade forward with some good strength. press attack for him to shoot a blood slash beam forward.

-Ultra_Red show: Shimazaki slashes forward, stunning the opponent, then proceeds to slash continuosly until launching them with one last slash.


---Passives:

-Sit down taunt: Press down on taunt start up, and Shimazaki will sit down.

-Stance: Forward and Down special are stances, press attack or special while in the stance for it to have effect.

-Double Follow-up: On jab, by pressing forward, Shimazaki can perform an alternate follow up attack intead of the attack press follow up, this follow up attack can be followed by other two alternate attacks if you press either attack or special, doing so will make Shimazaki perform up tilt or down special/B press stance respectively.

-Command grab: Neutral special has a grab on the tip of the sword, for it to have a real effect, press attack or special once you grab someone.

-Long reach grab: the normal grab has more reach than normal grabs, it's slower tho.
