The power-draining belle of X-Mansion!

A powerful lightweight rushdown character with strong combos in multiple directions thanks to her powerful aerials & angleable Fury Punch side special!

Rogue's Power Drain down special has five options -
Life Up: Rogue steals health from her opponent
Super Armor: Rogue gains super armor on all her attacks, and her opponent loses all super armor & invincibility
Speed Up: Rogue's frame data speeds up, and her opponent's frame data slows down
Power Up: Rogue's damage increases, and her opponent's damage decreases
Defense Up: Rogue switches weight with her opponent
The type of power drain depends on the opponent (unless she's over 100 damage or she already has a buff, then she'll always use Life Up)
I hardcoded in the power drain used for each member of the base cast. If you're playing against a workshop character and think it should be a different power drain (e.g. Speed Up should be activated on fast characters, Super Armor should be from characters with multiple armor moves, etc), let me know!

Rogue's Side Special has three variations: directly to the side, angled up, and angled down.
