Banjo Kazooie Campaign Intro music

Description
Changes the following campaign opening music to select tracks from both Banjo Kazzoie and Banjo Tooie.

No Mercy- Mad Monster Mansion (Lair)
Death Toll- Mad Monster Mansion (Church)
Dead Air- Mad Monster Mansion (Cemetery)
Blood Harvest- Click Clock Wood (Fall)
Dead Center- Mumbo's Mountain (Lair)
Dark Carnival- Witchyworld (Bigtop)
Swamp Fever- Bubblegloopswamp (Lair)
Hard Rain- Clanker's Cavern (Lair)
The Parish- Grunty's Furnace Fun (Lair)

Currently the other campaigns are not included as I am scrapped for ideas on those. For the time being, these will suffice. Any suggestions or changes will be taken into account. Enjoy and have fun.

I'm not well versed in modeling, I only know how to make sound modifications.

Being as I am too busy (lazy) to look into it, I opened the Kazooie back up to the public. Don't know what's wrong with it exactly, so I'll let the community be my guinne pigs for that one.
