Nikola Tesla had a knack for inventin' as everybody knows. Many of his innovations we use to this very day! However, he did seem to have some more... nefarious plans at one point. He had plans for a DEATH RAY.
So we dug up those plans! Along with Nik's corpse which had said plans! To which we threw him back because we only needed the plans and not a stinking corpse. We then lost said plans after throwing his corpse back... where was I going with this again?
Eh, doesn't matter. Since we don't have the blueprints to give you mercs top of the line weapons, we're just gonna paint your current weapons so that they look like that death ray! By the way, that death ray looked suspiciously like one of his brand name Tesla Coils... weird.

A War Paint based on the original designs for Tesla Coils! This paint features brand new groupings for almost all weapons with rotation locked copper Tesla coils, albedo tinting, and even has new envmaps for the Medigun, Loose Cannon and Winger!

To devs: I've included a readme detailing what exactly has been changed and have included a json with all the necessary code, such as enabling Albedo Tinting.
