Description

Use for lower pine and fix lag for your serve. also make trees to have better look all seasons.

Most trees have 4 grow stages, they re-grow when they get up to their 4th stage. Each tree has its own timer in the game, the regrowth will lag your game. this mod will stop certain type of trees to stop regrowth at maturity(3rd/4th stage). That brings you a smooth server and better looks home.

YOU CAN SET UP THAT TYPE OF TREES YOU WANT TO STOP REGROWTH IN MOD SETTING MENU.
