TF2 Shotgun Fix

Description
Allows the TF2 and HL2 shotguns to co-exist without file conflict.

The addon simply replaces the TF2 shotgun model with one that links to a different texture. Obviously this requires TF2 mounted to function correctly.

the c_shotgun doesn’t conflict so people can just use that
