Description
GTA Tulcea is a project my friend works on, These models are ported straight from the mod and may be janky, there are 2 more versions but their weightmapping really sucked so i will not add them until i properly do their weightmaps.

Includes one playermodel for now, Is made for entertainment purposes as GTA Tulcea is a joke mod.
