Sergeant Schultz from television sitcom Hogan's Heroes joins the fray! I made this character in 5 hours as an april fools joke but its not april fools day anymore so the joke doesn't work

Schultz is a heavy with all the tools you'd expect from the archetype as well as some swordie moves involving his rifle. His gimmick involves recalling prisoners from the show to aid him in battle. His neutral special, Corporal Lebeau, heals Schultz with candy, while his side special, Sergeant Carter, throws powerful explosives. Each prisoner has a limited use though, and you can only reuse them through an inspection from the commandant, Klink, using his down special. His up special is a parachute.
