Titan 1 City Scape (Repaired File 2024)

Description
Updated before posting:
New skybox.
Colored icons.
Updated hud display.
New placement blocks have been added for a planned update to the front walk-way.

People were asking for a workaround for this broken world.
So I have taken it and managed to get it working again.
Most of the Titan1 is still intact and working.
This hasn't been updated since 2015.

I have permission to take over all the items in this author's workshop.

Titan1 is a complete city that is situated in a hollowed out crater that is located on a small, cold, and rocky dwarf planet with no atmosphere with no natural gravitational pull to speak of. As there is no breathable atmosphere, the lower levels of the city are completely encased in glass, to protect the citizens from the harshness of outer space. An entire city is represented here, complete with plazas, trees, spaceport, barracks, engineering, cafes and restaurants, hydroponics center, apartments, bank, hospital, and all of the support systems needed to operate the city. Artificial gravity holds it all in place. The subterranian layer includes a subway, with stations accessible from each of the city's sectors.

This world relies heavily on the use of mods. The world is built with on Sektan's PT11-Snow:

Pending update and some maybe removed if they have not been updated in awhile and have that pink color to them.
One I know will be removed is the letter's mod as those are in the game now.
Also, any blacked out seats or controls stations will be replaced and updated with in-game model or dlc if when and where needed.

Small update with minor changes and prep-work for a section rework and add-on.
Updated another section of the cat-walk these are still a work in progress.

Will this keep being updated?
Yes
Tree's are black will this be fixed yes via another mod.
Will there be a bp version? Yes.
Will there be a reduction in size with the bp? Yes.
Will there be a lot of re-works? Yes.
Will dlc's be used? Yes.
Will this be made into semi or fully working city? Yes as much as it can be while trying to keep it under 90k total pcu's. This is a decent and fair amount for a city setting working and being used as a faction base location and or storage. This is a huge re-work once again and will take time.
When will the bp come out? Not for awhile as with the current placement setting in a roid type... This will have to have the foundation and base setting completely re-worked. Which will cause other upper sections and floors to be re-worked as well.

Stairs and window mods will also be removed once I get those replaced with in game version or dlc... I am trying to reduce the number of mods in this world as I feel some of them are not needed as they have not been updated in a while... Which can cause errors at points. So, I am working on correcting any problems with this world that may or may not be there.. It is working fine for me at this time.

I figure I would start with the updates on the main three sections you first see when you login/log onto this world... So at this point looks and having the buildings...The first three semi usable is my first real goals to this being updated and repairing missing or broken windows that are not connected right. Adding air vents solar panels reworking these stated section as where I can and if need be...

I have been doing some more work on this. Some windows are going to need replaced due to a placing issue I just recently found this issue and I will correct it with the next up.. also replacing a few things that needed to have cargo's to be able to work in a survival setting. This is taking time to update... This will have quite abit of change logs so be sure to check them as I will add info to those sections as I go...

I am working on removing ions from the city itself. If the ramp/angle ions aren't needed I will be removing those and the mod itself.
This is rework and overhaul of this.
This will take some time.
There will be quite a few updates as and when I can get to it..

Some grids maybe connected or disconnected I will work on correcting and fixing these.
Also, Some grids maybe still owned by me I will update those later as this world is in creative and I am making a-lot of updates to how this city looks.... As always ideas are welcome as well as comments.
