Composite Runners + Strings Fix

Description
In Kenshi there are two upgrades to Mounted Crossbow and Mounted Crossbow mkII. They are Crossbow Turret Strings (1.1x dmg) and Composite Runners (1.05x dmg). In total it should grant your Mounted Crossbows (And mkII ones) 1.155x dmg (As multipliers in Kenshi well... Multiply) However they are bugged. Whichever one you research last will apply to your Crossbows instead of together. On top of that once you reload the game your Turrets will only have the 1.1x modifier making the 1.05x useless. I have tried modding the 1.05x (Runners) upgrade to boost the damage to 1.155x and require the Strings tech to learn however the game will prioritize the first upgrade after you reload making it useless.

The solution? Merge the upgrades into one.

I give you the Composite Runner Strings research. It requires level 2 tech (Originals were 2 and 3 and figured it'd be fine at 2)
The cost is 3 books (The researches they originate from requires 1 and 2) and "time" is 16 (Both were 8 time) with a total damage increase of 1.155x. I also added the Mounted Crossbow mkII [light] to the improve list as in base game only the Mounted Crossbow and mkII variant were upgraded. If you added a light to it you would suddenly be doing less damage.

Feel free to use this mod, repost it elsewhere or whatever.

to be fair i mostly use harpoons or portable crossbow kit (mod) version of crossbow turred

@crux Unfortunately that does not work. I put that in the mod description in fact. But I went ahead and tried it out again to verify and sorry it doesn't. Once you save and load the game it will use the 1.1x upgrade not the 1.155x upgrade. There is a reason why I made this mod. No one had an actual working fix up yet.

Thoughtful mod, but adding Crossbow Turret Strings as a requirement for Composite Runners and changing the production mult to 1.15 (or 1.155 if you believe it should be multiplicative and not additive) for Composite Runners achieves the same effect.
