Report a translation problem
Me and my friend will often jump into a new sector, make a B line to a station, leave it there, clear out a corner of the sector, then let it mine that corner while we clear out another corner. Only once have i had a pirate attack it, and even then i just warped it to a station. (There are usually only a handful of pirates that wonder the whole sector)
The biggest of the three ships has a beacon so you can warp directly to it to defend it if you feel it is better then warping the Industrial ship to a station.
