Start on an additional coast map

Description
Alternative starting point: Start on an extra coast map with 12 people.
There are no staring resources but you have more people per default.


This makes the game slightly more difficult to start but easier in the early midgame.
The rest is the same as in the default scenario.

Don't forget to turn on advanced mod support in the game (Settings: Modding: Activate)
