A cutter variation with the attacker landing a kick to the midsection, securing a front facelock and then vaulting sideways over the opponent to land into a cutter, a sort of a reverse Twist of Fate. Phoenix Rising's Cairo Cyclone, Layla Al-Amin uses this as one of her trusty signatures, her top grade agility giving it a punch that few can withstand.

The Cairo Cutter does slightly more damage than the standard Twist of Fate.
