hi i did not mean the comment to anger you but thanks for responding yes i do have concerns about your company first i looked at the reviews for your company. and alot of people said your a scam as everyone received the wrong item. and your customer service is rude and everyone who works there does not do there job correctly. also some of the customers that did get the right item. alot of the Cool Shades were damaged and there's no way to return them.

as someone who inspects and reviews companies this is very bad. i've dealt with your customer service and there as bad as they say. i talked one in to telling me inside information and there's no training. you get put straight in as soon as your hired.

i'd also like to say that theres no call recording so theres no proof if the customer service representative was rude or did there job. so im going to have to rate your 4/10 stars.

i do hope in the future your company becomes a big time player in the future
