Abandoned, this GBO MoW patch is now outdated. Feel free to adjust and re-upload. You can contact me for guidance how to approach.

Compatibility patch for Rato's Gameplay Balance and Overhaul and Masters of War

Balance and patch most of the guns of MoW to work with Rato's Mod. Balance of specific weapons is a subject to change so please feel free to share feedback.

im confused about all the weapon and caliber mods and their dependencies..., wish there was just mod integrating it all.

Is there anyway you guys can fix the errors that are in the MOW mod in your compatibility patch. There is a Stack error and a math error in there when in debugging mode.

So yeah, I decided to abandon MoW because all these purely cosmetic weapon modding options really stood out. And also becase there doesn't seem to be a way to make C-UAE maintain a coherent GBO+ToG+MoW weapons progression (MoW guns appear much too early).

I find it somewhat inconsistent that certain MoW weapons come with a ton of extra moddable parts that do not follow GBO's weapon mod logic (and have no effect on GBO's game mechanics).

And I think I've found a bug. When the suppressor called M4-2000 is used for weapons like M16A4 or Carbine 723, the noise radius is displayed as 0, but it should be around 13.

Hi,
I have a balancing or consistency question. M4 and AKSU are SMGs, so they recover half of free move AP after firing with GBO. It makes them powerful: quick firing, high penetration, free move. However, similar weapons introduced by MoW are ARs, including M4A1 (HK416C is the only exception). So M4 seems to be better than M4A1, which is strange and should be fixed I think. What about converting some MoW ARs to SMGs, e.g. M4A1, Carbine 723, A12K, A15K? Or, on the contrary, what about converting M4, AKSU, HK416C to AR to keep consistency? (They are not SMGs actually.)

PSA zulib integration added, now it can be used with all Zulib features (switch vanilla calibers to ON - should be save safe just restart the game after changing mod options)

I play with both, all weapons are balanced around the same principles. MoW weapons are from time period from after the game take place so they are more on the end game side while ToG has a lot of historical weapons and most of those are not very powerfull.

Playing with just vanilla weapons gives you all tactical options you need so it is up to you if you want to see more variety.

I would like to start a new game after more than 6 months pause.
How are the experiences with MoW together with ToG?

Could it be to complex or overwhelming for beginners? Are there may overlaps or do they complement each other well?
