Nukes the lab and makes that Cyborgs (extremley rarely though) may appear as potential recruits in bars. and removes cyborgs from Black Desert City.

Question for you: I have my base set up like, exactly, where the mod adds it's base city thing- I am wondering if I use your mod- will that just not be there? My goal is to have everything else from Hive Cybernetics EXCEPT that location (NE Fog Islands).

I am praying this is the solution I have been searching for!
