Larger Map Pointer for Vanilla UI

A mod that makes the UI icons shown easier to see and changes the pointer ally and enemy colors easier to differ.

Load anywhere, no need to import. Conflicts with other UI mods, does not conflict with map mods.
Does not change font size or color.
