TLDR; Increases Piety & Books & Levy capacity to 2000

I'm new to the game and got frustrated with being forced to burn books just because I hit the capacity. This gave me an excuse to learn modding by making something I wanted to use :)

I found a similar mod that just increases books, and another mod which sets the capacity for both to 99,999... but this mod is something I find to be more balanced.

Just my opinion, use it if it speaks to you :)
