[RE2] LandTitan Mini - Reforged Eden 2 starter HV

For Reforged Eden 2. No guarantees this will work in standard RE or vanilla. Made for CPU and M/V constraints.

The LandTitan Mini is everything I normally want in a starter hovercraft. Features:

-4.5k harvest controller
-harvester
-mining drills
-large hover engines
-medium ion thrusters
-detector
-constructor
-fridge
-landing gear

In the control panel there is an IDLE signal switch - this switch turns off the engines, drills, and spotlights while leaving the fridge on to minimize fuel usage. Under Device Groups is a switch for the mobile constructor, so it too can be turned on/off for fuel savings.

This little HV can wiggle out of just about anything - and can back out of a tunnel facing 90 degrees downward while fully loaded. It does not get stuck easily, it does not roll around while trying to mine, and it can turn around in its own tunnels with no issue.
