[GODDESS OF VICTORY : NIKKE] Weapons sounds and extras

Description

Snow White: Innocent Days assault rifle sounds from Goddes of Victory NIKKE replaces those of the SCAR.
All sounds replaced and/or modified to fit with the new sounds. Includes custom firing sound for the incendiary, this being the burst skill firing sound that replaces the default one when activating the skill.
I suggest the use of a script to change the fire rate of the SCAR, but still works great with the default settings of the weapon.

And as always, an alternative version for other rifles will be made later.
