Command center for laser satellites, "Apophis"
Has 16 satellites that fire laser and can be aimed by cursor. You can freely move them if you want
By moving your cursor relatively to the satellites you can "focus" the lasers, basically closer to target = more focused
Very deadly, destroys steel binding and fixed cables if focused

Also You can add more satellites by copying and pasting them, it looks really cool but can get laggy

H to open gate, J to move elevator between floors, B to aim, N to charge, M to fire
There's also buttons inside the building for controlling them
