Slightly Improved Querentin's Ruger Mini-14

Description
Kinda the same story with my other "Slightly Improved" mod, I really like this but I had a handful of nitpicks with it, so I decided to adjust it to my liking.
In retrospect, "Slightly Improved" in the title might not be appropriate since some of the edits I made may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it's named like that for namesake.

Changes:
  • Reorigined viewmodel
  • Left thumb pokes out a bit less
  • Fixed some jittering in some animations
  • Bolt now moves properly when reloading
  • Adjusted reload sound timings
  • Tweaked deploy animation
  • Tweaked idle animation
  • Alternative run animation
  • Custom HUD icon

NOTE:
  • This does NOT include sounds.

Cool, If the original author doesn't mind, it would be SOOO cool if mods for the entire HQ arsenal appeared in a similar format.
